Marketing Executive

About the Role

Due to our commitment to sales growth, we now have an opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our team within the Construction and Hard Landscaping Industry. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Tracking campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and preparing reports on ROI.
• Working with in-house designers, external agencies, and printers to produce marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
• Manage SEO and PPC campaigns to ensure the company ranks for searches.
• Coordinate with Management and the sales team to ensure displays are up-to-date with new stone collections and reflect current design trends
• Oversee the production of physical marketing assets, including stone sample boards, brochures, and price books

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
• Experience with CRM systems, CMS platforms (Shopify), and social media management tools
• Klaviyo/Mail Chimp Experience
• Create visually-driven content (video and photography) showcasing completed stone installations for Instagram, Pinterest, and the company website
• Any coding or HTML experience would be an advantage.
