Lantern Court in London is a large-scale residential and commercial development comprising 639 apartments and 15,000 sq ft of retail space across five contemporary buildings. Ranging from 5 to 17 storeys, this landmark project combines modern urban living with high-quality public realm design.

McMonagle Stone was proud to supply Silver Granite Paving to O’Shea Construction for this prestigious development, designed by BUJ Architect.

The Brief

The project required a durable, high-performance paving solution suitable for a busy mixed-use environment. With significant foot traffic expected across residential and commercial areas, the materials needed to deliver both long-term durability and a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The development also involved complex engineering works, including a full-site basement with 299 car parking spaces and major infrastructure adjustments to accommodate a sewer diversion.
