McMonagle Stone Invests in Advanced Sawing Technology to Increase Production Capacity

McMonagle Stone is delighted to announce a major investment in advanced stone processing technology with the installation of our new TSH1800 Horizontal Primary Saw.

The addition of this state-of-the-art machine has significantly increased our production capacity, enabling us to meet growing demand while maintaining the high standards of quality our customers expect.

Significant Increase in Production Output

Since commissioning the new saw, production efficiency has improved dramatically. Output has increased from approximately 100m² per week to 100m² every 36-hour cycle, representing a substantial boost in manufacturing capacity.

The TSH1800 is a revolutionary piece of equipment designed to process large sandstone blocks with exceptional precision. The machine cuts stone to the required thickness for paving and other construction applications, delivering improved consistency, reduced processing times, and enhanced product quality.
