Our Black Limestone Setts, sized at 100 x 100mm, are perfect for creating distinctive patterns on patios or driveways. These setts, with a depth of 50-70mm, are hand-cut to provide a natural, textured finish. If you prefer a more rectangular shape, they are also available in a 200 x 100mm size.

Black Limestone Setts offer a versatile appearance, ranging from light grey to dark grey when dry, and deepening to a rich, dark grey or black when wet. We've provided images showing both variations to help you visualise how these setts will look in different weather conditions. It's important to note that Black Limestone may fade over time when exposed to sunlight. To maintain its vibrant colour, consider applying a natural stone sealer or colour enhancer. We recommend testing these products on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure satisfaction with the final appearance. 

Cleaning Caution

When cleaning your Black Limestone Setts, avoid using hydrochloric acid or any acid-based patio cleaners. Acid can severely damage limestone, leaving your paving compromised. Be sure to inform your paving contractor about this to prevent the use of unsuitable cleaners, especially after installation when removing grout or dirt.
