Refund policy
• McMonagle Stone do not accept returns on excess quantities of over ordered material or where a customer simply changes their mind.
• We will refund the price of certain products for store credit or exchange the product once it is received and inspected by us. A refund for the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
• Our returns policy is in addition to the customer’s legal rights.
• Walling Stone – no returns unless unused, or exchanging for another product. This will be liable for return haulage costs.
• Bulk Chippings – no returns.
• Stoneer - no returns.
• Jointex, Ardex and accessories – no returns unless returned in original packaging, unused within 1 month. Subject to credit note.
• Paving – If returned in packaging full credit less restocking charge 15% will be offered. If we are requested to collect the return is subject to return haulage costs plus 15% restocking charge. No credit offered on single slabs. Where customers fail to return the goods to us, we shall be entitled to charge the customer for the reasonable costs of collecting the goods from them. We reserve the right to deduct such costs from any refund/credit due.
• Architectural products – No returns on any bespoke items, unless there is an error by McMonagle Stone. Colour and shading is not considered an error. Any item which has been manufactured that the customer has concerns with regarding defects must be assessed visually before any replacement can be manufactured. Again colour is not a defect.
• DAMAGED GOODS - If a customer has advised that the delivery has arrived damaged, to help us, we recommend that prior to opening the product the customer takes images of the damage, then more images of the opened product to see if we can repair or if the product needs replaced. Unfortunately, breakages can happen and we will send out replacements as soon as we can if the damage occurred during transport.
