Irish Blue Limestone Paving

Irish Blue Limestone paving is a historic material, back in Neolithic Ireland, people used Irish Blue Limestone for carving and building some of Ireland's most famed buildings and monuments. Today this stone is contemporary in style and is a popular choice in modern property and landscape design. This product has a flamed finish, which means that a textured surface treatment was applied by brief exposure to intense heat. This material can often have natural white fossil markings.

Irish Blue Limestone Paving is supplied in 600 x 300 x 30mm size. If you require a bespoke size please contact our sales team to discuss in more detail.

Please be advised that this product is best laid in rows of equal widths. If your paving contractor is unfamiliar with this product they may lay at random or lay as they unpack the crate and not notice the different widths until all of one width is already laid. Regular maintenance is required to keep the overall appearance of natural stone paving in pristine condition. We recommend cleaning your paving at least twice a year, especially in Autumn. Keeping your paved area free from leaves and natural debris will help keep your paving clean for longer. We strongly recommend against using a general acid cleaner on natural stone. It is important to only use cleaners that are designed specifically for natural stone materials to avoid damage or staining.

Colour Variations

Please note colours shown in imagery on this website should be taken as indicative. They are as accurate as photographic processing and computer monitors allow. We recommend that decisions on a specific colour of stone should be made from viewing the product in person. Tonal variations and shades are evident in all natural stone products. No two pieces of natural stone are identical.
