1. Delivery Address
When placing an order please ensure to provide your full contact details and preferred delivery address to include Area Postcode / Eircode. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please clearly advise our team when placing your order. If you live in a remote rural area, please consider the following delivery conditions and advise our team to ensure your area is serviceable and avoid any unexpected delays or additional redelivery charges.
2. Delivery Conditions
If you live in an area with any of the following unfavourable delivery conditions, please contact our team to discuss delivery options prior to order.
Access restrictions - height, weight or narrow roads / laneways.
Unlevel surfaces - slope, hill, soft or loose gravel.
Onsite off-loading equipement - i.e Forklift, crane.
If you fail to inform our team of unsuitable delivery conditions prior to dispatch, it will be left to the driver’s discretion to determine whether delivery can be made resulting in additional off-loading or re-delivery fees.
If you do not have access to your own off- loading equipment onsite (i.e. Forklift), please advise our team on order as you will require delivery to include a Moffett Mounty Truck.
3. Single Pallet / Online Order Delivery
If you plan to order a single pallet or place an online order, please ensure your address is suitable for delivery to be made kerbside which means that the delivery driver can off load goods to a flat and solid surface using an electric tail lift and manual pallet truck. If delivery can not be made kerbside it will be left to the driver's discretion to determine whether delivery can be made resulting in additional off-loading or re-delivery fees.
4. Delivery Times
Deliveries take place Monday – Friday (except on public holidays) between 8am - 6pm.
Deliveries will normally take 7 – 10 working days however please be advised that delivery timeframes can vary depending on delivery location, stock availability or bespoke masonry requests. Our team can give an estimate time allowance on order.
From time to time we may experience unexpected delays and would advise customers to refrain from booking fitters until goods have been delivered.
Once your order is ready for dispatch a member from our logistics’ team will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Unfortunately, we would be unable to give an exact time for delivery.
Please be available on the agreed date to accept and sign for delivery. We ask for you to inspect goods as much as possible on arrival to ensure all is in order. Occasionally breakages can occur during transit and if noticed on delivery we ask for you to take imagery and sign as damaged. We will then determine if items can be repaired or if a replacement is required.
5. Payment Options
McMonagle Stone's terms of payment are strictly payment before supply of the goods. The customer must pay the purchase price and other charges (if any) in advance of delivery. The following payment options are available to you;
Credit / Debit Card - prior to dispatch.
Bank Transfer - prior to dispatch.
Cash Lodgement into our Bank Account - once funds have cleared and show up in our account delivery will be arranged.
Where an account has been approved by McMonagle Stone, unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment shall be made by the end of the month following that in which the invoice is dated. McMonagle Stone will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the customer's non-compliance with terms of payment.
6. Delivery Reschedule
Should you need to reschedule your delivery date please notify our team as soon as possible prior to dispatch to avoid incurring re-stocking or re-delivery fees. If your order has already been dispatched and you are unavailable or unable to appoint a suitable representative to accept goods on your behalf, the goods may be left at the agreed delivery address at the customers own risk.
