Porcelain Batch Warning
Due to the nature of porcelain production, variations in colour, texture, and size can occur between batches.
To ensure consistency:
Order Full Quantity: Purchase all tiles from the same batch.
Extra Tiles: Order an additional 3–5% to cover any future replacements.
Batch Records: Retain the ‘batch colour code’ from the packaging for reference.

Porcelain Installation
Twice Qz Grey porcelain tiles are suitable for:

We advise using stack bond or third bond patterns to accommodate tile variances. Half bond patterns may highlight these variances, potentially leading to visible bends and water pooling.
