PROTECTiT Concrete Remover is designed to effectively eliminate cement contamination from a variety of surfaces. This product is ideal for cleaning concrete mixers, pumps, GRC moulds, cement silos, and associated plant and tools. It is particularly useful for maintaining ready-mix concrete lorries and pumps without damaging paintwork. Formulated with a naturally occurring, organic acid, this remover breaks down the cement matrix surrounding sand and aggregates in mortars, render, bricks, and concrete. This binder breakdown facilitates the easy removal of mortar, render, and concrete deposits. Made from an organic molecule derived from sustainably farmed produce, PROTECTiT Concrete Remover is safe for use, with no components subject to Workplace Exposure Limits (WEL). PROTECTiT’s Concrete Remover offers significant advantages over other cleaners due to its safety and lack of surface damage. It is 90% biodegradable and meets the criteria for ‘easily degradable’ under OECD 301 and European Regulation No. 648/2004.

Application
Test a Small Area: Always perform a test on a small area to ensure the result is satisfactory.
Preparation: Shake the closed container for 30 seconds before opening. Pre-wet the area with water.
Application: Use the remover directly from the container without dilution. Spray evenly over the contaminated area with a low-pressure sprayer. Apply heavily on old or thick cement and concrete deposits.
Treatment: Keep the surface soaked for 30-40 minutes. Ensure the surface does not dry out during this time.
Cleaning: After treatment, scrub with a hard-bristle brush if needed. Rinse thoroughly with a low-pressure water jet or spray.
