Placing An Order Online
Step 1: Select Quantity
If you already know the product you need and its available for purchase via our online shop all you need to do is select your quantity and add to cart.
Step 2: Add Delivery Details
At checkout stage you will be asked to complete your delivery details. A delivery fee will then be calculated based on your delivery address and combined order weight. Online order deliveries are made kerbside if you are unsure what this means, please review our delivery conditions here.
Step 3: Collection
If you place an order for collection via our website please be advised that our team will need time to check stock availability at your prefered depot location. Once stock is checked our team will contact you by phone or by email to confirm your order is ready for collection. To avoid dissappointment we ask that you please refrain from travelling to your preferred location until directed to do so by our team. In the event that a particular product is not in stock at your desired depot McMonagle Stone will need some time to arrange for more stock to be delivered, this may result in a short collection delay if required.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
Once payment is successful you will recieve and order confirmation by email. A member of our team will then contact you via email to confirm your order has been processed. If you do not recieve an order confirmation please contact our team.
Step 5: Delivery Date
When your order is ready for dispatch our team will call you to advise a delivery date. We ask that you be available to sign for delivery to avoid re-delivery fees. If no-one is home it will be left to the drivers discretion to leave it kerbside at the property. Online order deliveries may be made using a trusted third party express courier and therefore third party delivery schedules are liable to change and an exact delivery time may not be possible to advise in advance.
